Little Schoolhouse accepts all children ages 2 yrs and 8 months to 6 yrs old.

Enrollment Process: 

1. Complete and submit application at www.littleschoolhousehawaii.com/apply

2. Set up an appointment to view location and meet with head teacher 

3. Submit all required documents and forms :

   Identification and Emergency Information

   Child Birth Certificate 

   Health Record - Hawaii State Form 14 

   Immunization Record

   Parent signed consent for emergency medical care

   Tuition Policy Agreement 

   Medication Form

   Consent and Contract Form

   Covid-19 Waiver of Liability Form 

4. Once accepted, please pay $150 non-refundable registration fee
